However, if for any reason, you are not happy with your online purchase, we will happily accept full-priced items purchased from www.silklaundry.com for a store credit or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Please submit your return within 20 days from the date of purchase to qualify. Alternatively, you may visit one of our stores within this period and exchange in-store. 

Please note: Offered on full-priced items only. All purchases placed during promotional periods are final. 


Submit your return here. Once your return has been approved please fill out the returns section of your invoice sent with your order to help us process your return as quickly as possible.

*We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns. 

Garments that are returned with signs of being worn or damage delivered to Silk Laundry will be sent back to the original address. Please note we will not refund the cost of return shipping, duties or taxes.

Once your return has been approved, please fill out the Returns Form (sent with your original order) and return it with the item(s) carefully packed. This enables us to process your return as quickly as possible.

Return shipping labels will be supplied by Silk Laundry and will be sent to you by e-mail. Please print the return label and stick it to the package so that the barcode is visible. If kept in good condition, we encourage you to re-use the bag your order originally came in by well covering the original barcode with the new one for the return. We recommend tracking your return package when you drop it off at Canada Post as Silk Laundry does not accept liability for lost returns.
